RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

SHOP WITH CONFIDENCE

At Anastasia Shop 2005, we want you to shop with complete confidence.

You have 30 calendar days from receipt of the product to request a return if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

RETURN CONDITIONS

For a return to be accepted, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

• Be unused, in perfect condition and show no signs of wear.

• Retain the original tags and original packaging.

• Have been requested in advance and approved by our team.

• Be returned properly protected to prevent damage during transport.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Returned items showing signs of use, damage, dirt, improper handling or missing original packaging may be subject to a proportional reduction in the refund amount where appropriate under applicable law.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases of shipping error, defective product or express authorization from Anastasia Shop 2005.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

1. Write to us indicating your order number.

2. We will review your request and, if applicable, send you approval together with the return instructions.

3. Once approved, you may send the return shipment.

RETURN SHIPMENTS

Return shipments must be made at the buyer's expense unless expressly stated otherwise.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within a reasonable period after discovering the problem so that we can assess the case and offer you an appropriate solution.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color or model:

• Request the return of the item received.

• Place a new order for the desired product.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EUROPEAN UNION)

In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal provided for under European Union law, Anastasia Shop 2005 offers an extended commercial return period of 30 calendar days from receipt of the order, subject to the conditions set out in this policy.

REFUNDS

The refund will be processed once the returned product has been received and inspected or when the buyer provides sufficient proof of its return, in accordance with applicable law.

We will notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.

Once approved, Anastasia Shop 2005 will process the refund without undue delay.

The amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

The time it takes for the refund to be effectively received will depend on the bank or payment method provider used.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

The refund can only be processed once the return process has been completed correctly.

Opening bank claims, chargebacks or payment disputes before completing that process may significantly delay resolution and the refund, as the financial institution will need to conduct its own review.

If you have not received the refund within 10 business days of confirmation, please contact us.
