RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
SHOP WITH CONFIDENCE
At Anastasia Shop 2005, we want you to shop with complete confidence.
You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
• Be unused, in perfect condition, and show no signs of wear.
• Include all original tags and original packaging.
• Have been previously requested and approved by our team.
• Be returned properly protected to prevent damage during transit.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Returned items showing signs of use, damage, dirt, improper handling, or missing original packaging may be subject to a proportional reduction in the refund amount, where permitted by applicable law.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases of shipping errors, defective products, or when expressly authorized by Anastasia Shop 2005.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within a reasonable time after discovering the issue so that we can assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size, color, or model:
• Return the item received.
• Place a new order for the desired product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EUROPEAN UNION)
In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal provided under European Union consumer protection laws, Anastasia Shop 2005 offers an extended commercial return period of 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected, or when the buyer provides sufficient proof of return shipment, in accordance with applicable regulations.
We will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
Once approved, Anastasia Shop 2005 will process the refund without undue delay.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Refunds can only be processed once the return procedure has been completed correctly.
Opening a bank dispute, chargeback, or payment claim before the return process has been completed may significantly delay the refund process, as the financial institution must conduct its own review.
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days after receiving confirmation, please contact us.
