HOW WE HANDLE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At AnastasiaShop2005, we pay particular attention to the preparation of international orders.

Whenever the characteristics of the order and the destination country allow it, we select a shipping method designed to keep shipping costs reasonable and avoid unnecessary handling costs for the customer.

We choose the service taking into account:

• parcel weight and dimensions;
• available tracking;
• actual shipping cost;
• customs requirements of the destination.

Our aim is for the order to arrive using an option that is safe, practical and economically appropriate.

We never alter the contents or the actual value of the shipment. All documentation is prepared in accordance with the applicable regulations.

CUSTOMS, TAXES AND DUTIES

For Spain and the European Union, applicable taxes are handled according to the tax configuration for the relevant market.

Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to taxes, customs duties, import charges or customs handling fees imposed by the authorities in the destination country.

At AnastasiaShop2005, we aim to select shipping options that reduce unnecessary costs associated with shipping and handling, always within the applicable regulations.

However, we cannot guarantee that a shipment will be exempt from taxes, duties or fees, as these amounts are determined exclusively by the authorities in the destination country.

If such charges have not been collected at checkout, they may be requested directly from the recipient by customs authorities or the carrier.

If applicable regulations require a tax to be collected at the time of purchase, it will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.

DELIVERY TIMES

The stated times are estimates and may vary due to:

• logistical incidents;

The total delivery time may also include the time required to prepare the order before dispatch.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

Whenever the shipping service includes tracking, we will provide the customer with the relevant tracking number so that the status of the order can be checked.

The first tracking update may take some time to appear after the parcel has been collected or accepted by the carrier.

DELIVERY ADDRESS AND CONTACT DETAILS

The customer is responsible for providing the following information correctly:

• full address;
• postal code;
• telephone number;
• any other details required for delivery.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once the order has been handed over to the carrier.

FAILED DELIVERY OR RETURN TO SENDER

If delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is absent, the address is incorrect, information is insufficient or the recipient cannot be contacted, the carrier may make further delivery attempts or leave the shipment at a collection point where this service is available.

If an order is returned to sender for reasons beyond the control of AnastasiaShop2005, the costs of reshipping may be borne by the customer.
